Supplied healthcare providers’ data access to beneficiaries’ digital medical files and additional information essential to providing quality care. Proactively monitored database conditions which helped resolve potential problems before they impact customer operations. Also, performed application administration to include privileges, user administration, database tuning and backup/recovery processes.

(CDC) Development of Cloud Tools and SAS Data Improvement Services

Building cloud tools and services on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform (Injury Data Management Platform, IDMP) that has been acquired by National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC) to manage and process various types and sizes of SAS datasets. The tools and services will be designed, developed, tested and implemented by using the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) to ensure Industry IT standards and best practices must be used and documented to ensure quality. Services also will adhere to the current standards for toxicology/drug coding and listing. Design and develop user-friendly graphical user interfaces (dashboards) for various types and levels of users; Determine the best technology stack (suite of technologies) that can be maintained in a cost effect way; Build a data warehouse with a variety of SAS datasets views that allows for various data structures accompanied with administrative dashboard tools.

(US Army) Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Technician

Independently perform a wide range of calibration and/or preventive maintenance and repair on medical equipment throughout associate units. Responsible for verifying calibration of equipment while identifying malfunctioning medical equipment to troubleshoot for preventive maintenance or to install replacement parts as required. Document and maintain maintenance actions on work orders in the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support database system. Inspect and test all biomedical and patient-related nonmedical equipment systems for compliance with current.

(US Air Force) Facility Information Management/Information Technology Support

– TCCG provided all management and labor resources essential to Facility Information Technology Management in supporting the 325th Medical Group (325MDG), which has approximately 400+ users. TCCG performed the project work strictly adhering to all applicable DOD laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, base/installation instructions, and best commercial practices.
– TCCG established and applied performance metrics to provide great insight into our performance when they align to the desired outcomes of a contract and effectively measure the work, tasks, and activities required to meet those desired outcomes. Metrics will include quality, deliverable timeliness, schedule/cost performance, customer feedback, and ability to meet 325 MDG’s project objectives. We leverage our integrated program management team to streamline measurement and reporting and to provide real-time visibility to the Government.

(CDC) Monitoring and Evaluating Vaccination Coverage and Exemptions among School Children

TCCG provides medical and data analytical assistance for the Assessment Branch in CDC’s Immunization Services Division (ISD), for conducting evaluations, surveys, research, and analytical studies evaluating vaccination coverage and exemptions to state requirements for immunization in children enrolled in school or day care settings. The primary focus is on children in kindergarten, as well as children in middle school, high school and college, or in day care settings.

TCCG provides staffing support services and medical personnel including Medical Scheduler, Medical Officer- Physician, Podiatrist, Nurse Practioner, Dentist, Dental Hygienist, Psychologist, Optometrist positions to the Gulfport Community Wellness Center and other Healthcare areas located at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, MS.
